“We stayed here for the weekend of my son's hockey playoffs. The rink was very close by, which was nice, but i was a little disappointed with the pool and apparently hot tub being closed down. Other reviews showed that they had both but the pool room was locked up. With the large amount of people staying here, the staff did a pretty good job at keeping things cleaned up. Lots of hockey teams mean lots of pizza boxes. Lol but I was impressed that they were able to stay on top of it.”

Barbara at reception made us feel like luxury VIP's, providing exceptional service and great vibes to our party. We appreciated the hospitality from her very much. “From the time I called asking questions about this location to checking in, the customer service was amazing. Angellica was so nice and patient with me where she answered all my questions and was very courteous. Checking in was so smooth and quick. Barbara checked us in and she was such a nice and happy person and then I find out she's the manager. She had no problem giving us time and attention and checking us in instead of handing us over to someone else. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable one in any place. The only reason I couldn't give you a 5 star was because there is nothing worst than taking a cold shower in the morning before heading to a wrestling tournament. I had the water running for 20 minutes and still it was not getting warm. I was running late that morning because of the water issue. Apparently the whole building had water issues. I would expect to inform us if there is an issue like this in the building so we can have the choice to stay or not. It definitely ruined my day.”
